Responsibilities:
- Utilize and track applicant using a ATS
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Filing new hire paperwork with the business and the state
- Assess the qualifications for candidates
- Forecasting hiring needs
- Sourcing for applicants
- Respond to candidates in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance on a local, state, and federal level
- Collaborating with managers to meet the organizational
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years experience in recruiting
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven time management skills and detail oriented
- Knowledge of state, local, and federal employment laws
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Able to multi-task, be accurate, have good organizational skills
- Able to handle high levels of stress.
