Complete all required Spherion role-based training
Execute with excellence the Spherion Operating Model
Document all activity and communication
Actively prepare for an participate in team meetings and team projects

The specific role responsibilities of a Recruiter with Spherion will include, but not be limited to:
Use active listening, interpersonal communication and critical thinking skills to conduct quality candidate interviews
Use administrative skills to follow mandatory recruiting model process to determine qualified Spherion candidates
Use critical thinking skills to determine best-fit job opportunities, industries, career paths and professions for qualified candidates
Administer skills assessments
Facilitate employment verification, background checks, drug screens, credit checks
Verify PPE
Proactively develop, manage, nurture and maintain core skill candidate pipelines
Execute Community Based Recruiting (local networking, career fairs, grassroots efforts)
Utilize written and verbal communication skills to facilitate regular candidate communications
Proactively develop candidate lead and candidate referral sources
Actively participate and work the candidate referral program
Facilitate employee care programs
Use problem solving skills to work through employee relations issues as necessary
Use time management skills to ensure completion of all daily tasks assigned
Use critical thinking to constantly look for ways to improve processes, time management, productivity, and candidate experience that will ultimately lead to higher performance and achievement
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proficiency with all Microsoft and Google Suite applications and overall ability to navigate technology tools
Critical skills necessary for success as a Recruiter include: organizational, administrative, active listening, interpersonal communication, written and verbal communication, problem solving, critical thinking, time management
Additional skills preferred for success as a Recruiter with Spherion include:
Bilingual Spanish and English-reading, writing and speaking
Proven experience working in an end-user customer service industries like retail, restaurant, hospitality, customer service call-center, etc.

High School

0-1 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant recruiting experience
