Annual Salary - $55k
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the marine industry.
Source candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry contacts.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the necessary qualifications and experience.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Monitor industry compensation trends to inform offshore salary decisions.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Relevant certifications or qualifications in HR or recruitment.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School or GED equivalent
Proven experience as a recruiter in the marine industry or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of the maritime sector, including various roles and qualifications.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
