• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and priorities of specialized roles.
• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to address current and upcoming staffing needs.
• Search for candidates using LinkedIn, local university networks, and job boards.
• Partner with recruitment agencies as necessary to fill difficult to source roles.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and arrange phone interviews and in-person interviews.
• Communicate with candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring they are informed and engaged.
• Provide detailed information about the company, role, and local area to enhance candidate experience.
• Manage candidates experience from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Coordinate the scheduling of onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all necessary trainings are scheduled with the appropriate trainers
• Consolidate recruitment actions currently split among HRBP, HRBP-Recruiter, and HR Assistant into a single, focused role.
