Responsibilities:
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates. Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Manage the full recruiting lifecyce across a variety of open roles helping management find, interview, hire, and on-board quality candidates. Develop and maintain relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent. Attract candidates using various sources like social media networks and team member referrals. Continuously partner with the leadership team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies. Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, create, and post job descriptions and announcements.

Apply HR recruiting best practices and work with the marketing team to promote the Spherion Round Rock Branch's reputation as a desirable place to learn, work, and thrive. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Proven, hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc).

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Associates Degree
2 years verifiable work experience.
Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities.
Proven experience developing recruiting strategies.
