Responsibilities:
Help recruit for a range of positions in different verticals
Design, implement, and maintain employee recognition and associate engagement programs

Coach and mentor employees
Implement turnover and absenteeism reduction programs
Coordinate on-boarding and training of all personnel reporting to the facility
Ensure that key responsibilities of direct reports are clear and in compliance
Lead personnel investigations while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
Serve as a liaison between our associates and Department/Section Leaders
Safety:
Handle all worker's compensation and safety matters, by documenting and investigating job-related injuries/illnesses
Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are identified/implemented
Complete accident reports and on-site investigations within 24 hours of accident and counsel employees verbally and in writing for safety violations
Customer Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact to the customer's leadership team
Coordinate with client's supervisors on workforce issues or new requirements
Interact with department leadership daily to understand staffing needs and target deadlines
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas of workforce improvement and initiate corrective actions
Serve as a mentor for problem solving and drive a culture of root cause analysis and corrective action accountability
Administrative:
Document employee files (pay changes, disciplinary actions, work performance etc.)
Maintain established performance metrics/reports and host monthly metric meetings
Complete attendance reports
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Detail oriented and organized
Able to work independently and on a team
Urgent in approach to work and tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and attitude
Education:
Associate
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proficient on MS Office Suites, Google Suites and multi-line phone system
Associates degree preferred
Previous experience in a busy office or busy company setting
Previous management experience preferred
Sense of humor a must
