Oversee the recruitment, hiring and onboarding of quality candidates, ensuring a smooth transition from application to employment.Work closely with management to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions (as needed) for open positions.Create a recruitment strategy.Proactively build talent pipelines through online sourcing, job fair events and establishing relationships with key partners in the area to develop recruitment funnels.Scree, interview and determine candidate fit for available roles.Schedule interviews.Prepare the candidate and maintain ongoing communication for onboarding requirements while promoting positive candidate experience.Submit background checks, schedule drug screens and physicals.Answer questions from new hires about their contracts and salary.Manage onboarding: issue offer letters, new hire packets, and background screening for incoming talent.Work in the most proactive, professional, and friendly manner to provide the highest level of service.
