As the Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading expansion efforts across the Western Slope. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships, and growing our client base across multiple sectors. You will be actively involved in every phase of regional growth. Success in this role will require adaptability and a readiness to take on a variety of tasks. While the primary focus will be on rural healthcare, you will also explore opportunities in industrial, commercial, higher education, housing, and public works sectors.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and nurture relationships with clients in the rural healthcare, higher education, retail, and public works sectors.
- Lead and develop a team, ensuring they are aligned with company goals.
- Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they meet the client's quality standards.
- Coordinate and support activities related to estimating, contracts, scheduling, procurement, and project closeouts as required.
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, promptly addressing and resolving any issues that arise.
- Enforce adherence to safety regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
- Adjust to different responsibilities as needed throughout the various stages of growth.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
