Responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed sales goals for the Territory
Present the product line and application solutions to customers in the territory with proficiency
Prepare quotes and orders within the accounts consistent with our established processes, guidelines, and tools
Prospect for new customers utilizing localized marketing tools and methods
Engage in marketing and sales promotions as required
Maintain market, application, and competitive knowledge
Identify and set new target accounts as approved by the head of sales to meet territory needs and Company marketing objectives
Work actively with Service to develop and implement joint plan for the territory development
Promote services programs and promotions in the territory, including contract and various service product offerings at point of sale
Participate in local service meetings to foster awareness of new products and application opportunities as well as to nurture good communications and teamwork
Provide reports on sales, market, competitive and product information as required
Communicate regularly by phone and email with Leader to provide information on specific issues, sales, and product information, as well as general economic and business issues
Utilize and demonstrate a high level of proficiency with the corporate communications, database and leads systems
Establish a line of communication with all applicable Service, LAB, and other MT Division Sales personnel in the territory to share info and leads for overall business development
Communicate regularly with customers by phone, planned visits, and written communications to improve customer relations.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Education and/or Experience Preferred:

Technical Bachelor's degree with emphasis on Engineering, electronics, mechanical, biopharma or chemical
3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in the Biopharmaceutical marketplace
Knowledge of PLC/control systems and sales experience with OEM's, System Integrators, Engineering houses and Contractors is helpful

Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Must be proficient in MS Office software
Knowledge of PC application and related connectivity required
