This remote customer service representative will provide callers with an unbiased presentation of programs to assist customers with application and eligibility requirements and program questions. This remote customer service representative will answer inbound calls back to back most of the day, helping parents and guardians with their children's health insurance. This remote customer service representative should be reliable, courteous and able to provide solutions to customers questions or problems.

Working hours: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
- Active listening skills
- Ability to stay calm in high call volume situations
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
- High School Diploma
