We are looking for an experienced equipment rental professional. Your role will be to help identify & understand the specific equipment needs of new and existing customers, and then provide exceptional equipment solutions. You will create contracts, coordinate equipment deliveries, invoice, and perform inventory control.

Managing customer relationships. Establishing trust and maintaining long term associations.
Facilitating equipment rental deals from both inbound inquiries and outbound calls.
Confirming equipment selection, pricing, scheduling, etc. with customers.
Creating rental contracts.
Checking on equipment fleet availability and fleet utilization.
Perform off-rent equipment inspections
Accurately invoicing customers.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Can work with minimum supervision
Computer skills
Knowledge of Rental Man or similar software
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
At least two years??? professional work experience in a related capacity (scheduling, contracting, invoicing, or overseeing the delivery & transportation of equipment).
Demonstrated organizational skills & proven attention-to-detail
