Manage third-party vendors related to footprint expansion and buildout, onboarding, contracting, budgeting, and performance management. ? Maintaining an ongoing physical presence among the stores. ? Designing semi-permanent as well as temporary layouts of store merchandise based upon best-practice strategy as well as the nuances of our particular industry, brand and customer. ? Managing costs on an ongoing basis by performing inventory, labor, shrinkage and operational analysis. ? Prepare timely inventory, sales, operational, and payroll forecasting/budgeting while reviewing/interpreting financial reports to ensure optimal sales performance and profits by door ? Identifying underperforming metrics and generating strategic solutions that leverage existing tools, programs, and resources. ? Attract, hire, train, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team of top talent while enhancing employee engagement by fostering a high-performance environment that inspires and encourages. ? Ensuring optimal stock-levels are maintained based upon sales history and expected trends. ?
