The Benefit Specialist, Retirement will assist the Corporate Retirement Team with overseeing all defined
contribution tasks across 5 401(k) Plans and 4 Pension Plans. They will lead special projects, promote
continuous learning and education, and assist team as a backup.
Responsibilities:

??? Send out 401(k) Summary Annual Reports

??? Facilitate 401(k) audit requests
??? Perform weekly/monthly 401(k) internal audits
??? Take minutes for quarterly 401(k) investment committee meetings
??? Create and maintain 401(k) administration manuals
??? Assist with the multi-year Fidelity to UltiPro interface
??? Handle all vendor invoices
??? Complete 401(k) non-discrimination testing
??? Assist with training of new hires at the facilities on 401(k) responsibilities
??? Assist facilities with setting up 401(k) education
??? Oversee 401(k) forfeiture account is used appropriately
??? First review of all amendments, restatements, SPDs
??? Review Fidelity user access
??? Assist Group Retirement Specialists with questions
??? Backup Group Retirement Specialists
Pension
??? Run year-end pension reports
??? Provide pension reports needed for Corporate Finance
??? Prepare and send out Annual Funding Notices
??? Facilitate pension audit requests
??? Approve Principal new participant and beneficiary setups and participant directed changes
??? Handle all vendor invoices
??? First review of all amendments, restatements, SPDs
??? Review annual census reconciliations performed by Group Retirement Specialists
??? Assist Group Retirement Specialists with questions
??? Backup Group Retirement Specialists
