To provide focused sales and business development leadership to achieve growth and profitability for the RF Amplifier Business Segment of the Corporation. This is a new position and is located in Melbourne, FL.
Responsibilities:
-Identifying and capturing new business opportunities for the corporation's RF Amplifier product lines.

-Supporting the development and implementation of the annual corporate business development plan.
-Maintaining a new business forecast to facilitate business projections.
-Create and maintain or direct the creation and maintenance of product literature and customer presentations.
-Conducting marketing research to identif,'market trends and competitive influences in the marketplace. Establishing and maintaining competition files.
-Responsible for participating in the quality management system initiatives and adhering to all requirements.
-Responsible for performing other related tasks deemed necessary by superiors
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Working knowledge of military and commercial electronics applications for the company products.
-Willingness to travel on both domestic and international basis as required.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
7-10 years
Qualifications:
-An experienced marketing professional with significant experience in the marketing and sales of
defense and commercial RF Amplifier solutions.
-BS/BA degree or equivalent.
-Eight (8) to l0 years professional work experience in sales and marketing, engineering, or program
management in the military and commercial RF Amplifier markets.
-Thorough knowledge of military communications markets including major manufacturers, suppliers and customers.
-Demonstrated ability to interface in a positive manner with customers.
