We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Account Executive to join their team to support the Wooster, Ohio territory. A competitive base salary is offered of $70K-$90K based on experience with a bonus of up t $12K at the end of year with additional perks to be discussed!

Sales Account Executive
Spend your work week in the field, not at your desk. As a member of the sales team, you'll meet with customers on-site and help them grow their business with products you're proud to deliver. With territories across North America, grow your sales career with this 8.8-billion-dollar organization.
Manage and grow existing accounts and use your outside sales manager experience to prospect and develop new business.
Spend Mondays in-office planning your week with 40-60 dials to make appointments, then use Tuesday- Friday to "hit the streets” for 5-7 in-person sales visits.
No unannounced sales visits, your appointments WANT to meet with you!
Understand customer needs through bi-annual, on-site consultation. Provide effective solutions for customers, including recommendations from our catalog of 40,000 quality products, as well as incentives.
Deliver strong customer service supported by our Call Center and Administrative teams.

Training Initial 4 weeks of instructor-led training. 12-week mentorship program after that. A buddy system will be there to support you after your four-week training. Help is always one call, click, or virtual meeting away! Teamwork & Whole-business knowledge through interaction with our Sales team, Corporate leaders, Customer Service, and Warehouse operations. Weekly sales meetings to gain product knowledge and share best practices.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 3+ years outside sales representative / sales account manager experience. A valid driver's license and excellent driving record. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, exciting work environment. Detail-oriented and hardworking. Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills are a must.
