Responsibilities:
Some of the duties include:
Create price quotation forms
Maintain log with price quote status
Update the Sales Price List
Work with customers to meet weekly projection deadlines; ensure projections are up-to-date in ecommerce database
Maintain master projections in database
Entry and follow through of mass market orders as needed (order confirmations, pick tickets, advanced shipping notification, special order requests)
Submit plant inventory weekly and maintain daily as needed
Report customer receipts in a timely manner
Communicate customer transfer requests to Operations Department
Prepare and submit customer invoices for hard good transfers
Work with customers on plant/hard good subs as needed to maximize sales
Perform twice weekly quality inspections and report findings
Take part in customer calls to review quality issues
Run daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and trackers as needed for analysis
Record and reconcile customer chargebacks
Process customer requests for samples/special orders
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
You need to be detail-oriented, possess intermediate level Excel skills, pick up new concepts quickly, be able to work under tight deadlines, possess a sense of urgency, communicate efficiently, be able to work independently and work well within a team, and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
This position requires a High School Diploma
3 Years of Sales experience in agriculture or related field
Great communications skills
Proficient in Excel
