This company is seeking a passionate Sales Representative who will not only provide stellar customer service to their current global book of business but continue to grow their customer base as they expand! As a Sales Representative, you will put your knowledge to work on helping find the perfect part or accessory or get with our engineering team to bring a new one to life! Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new business opportunities and find customers by being engaged on different social platforms such as social media, online boards, websites, or organizations that could use and benefit from product line of over 2 million parts & accessories; this is not just an order-taker role!
Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and website live chat to assist customers with ordering, providing stellar customer service, and upselling when possible.
Follow up with current global book of business of over 34K customers – what do they need today?
Listen to understanding to customer needs and be able to clearly communicate technical knowledge to produce sales or to potentially partner with our engineering team to create new parts.
The Ideal Candidates Are:
Ideal career for the person who loves off-road riding or the automotive industry as whole.
Three years of sales experience, HIGHLY preferred.
Previous sales experience within an automotive part store, helpful. Someone who enjoys and excels in a fast paced and always evolving industry.
A go-getter who is motivated, eager, passionate, and ready to hit the ground running – this is not an order entry role.
Requirements/Take Note of:
Must be able to train in Marion, OH while learning the business.
Hybrid scheduling potential after training. Compensation structure negotiable; Straight salary or salary + commission options pending overall sales success track record.
