Spherion Jacksonville is looking for a Sales Support Administrator for their client near the St. John's Town Center. This position takes calls from the Sales Reps and receive requests for inventory to be shipped.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and corresponds with company sales representatives on a daily basis to have such items as Sales Support sets, instruments for meetings and other sales aides sent out.

- Communicates with Sales Force to maintain materials on accounts.
- Use of SAP
- Generates sales orders, return orders and quotes.
- Responds to inquiries from the sales force by providing feedback via telephone or email.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Skills:
- Use of SAP preferred but not required
- Adhere and support the client's quality and safety policies and procedures.
- Ability to retrieve and interpret documentation.
- Able to work in a team setting and independently under minimum supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally as well as externally.
- Problem solving & Decision Making / Adaptability & Flexibility
- High level of customer service displaying positive attitude.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
- Use of SAP preferred but not required
