Spherion has a great opportunity for you! We are recruiting for an enthusiastic individual for a Sales Support Administrator. A person in this role is required to understand quote, PO, order, and invoice processes and be able to perform these job functions. Able to follow directions and use their own initiative to keep the office running smoothly.
Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party
Greet and assist visitors.
Assist with routine customer needs including, but not limited to, providing order status and pricing, part requests, processing purchase orders, etc.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Identify and correct data entry errors.
Maintain organized records of opportunities, sales, communications, and issues and their resolutions.
Work with clients, vendors, and sales team to resolved client issues and concerns.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software.
Excellent organization and time management.
