Responsibilities:
Account Management:
-Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients
-Understand clients' needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions
-Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
Sales and Business Development:
-Identify sales opportunities within existing client accounts
-Present and promote products or services to clients
-Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Client Needs Assessment:
-Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' pain points and requirements
-Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that address client needs
