Coolant Technician for CNC Machines - 1st ShiftResponsibilities:Will be responsible for monitoring, changing, refilling, recycling of CNC machine coolants and chip clearing in a safe manner. Clear chips from CNC machines to avoid build-up edge and ensure sufficient chip clearing for machining process. Ensure chip system is performing effectively, in discharging dry coolant-free chips per recycling regulations. Ensure chips are disposed in proper recycling area. CNC Coolant Technician will monitor, dispense properly, and/or refill machine station coolants applicable to the machining processes. Apply coolant application by coolant type, maximum coolant flow rate, type of material machined, chip geometry, chip volume and coolant delivery to the machining cutting zone.
