Responsibilities:
The schedule manager plans, schedules, and coordinates construction project activities to meet deadlines. The schedule manager will need to determine priorities and resolve issues. This position reports to the Executive Vice President of Construction.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
??? Scheduling work activities as well as the work of others
??? Distribute production schedules to contractors.
??? Review schedules to determine priorities.
??? Adjust framing schedules as necessary to ensure all framing crews have work every week.
??? Track permit applications to ensure permits are received timely.
??? Confer with supervisors to assess and resolve any bottlenecks in the schedule.
??? Initiating and Loading Build Schedules
??? Produce Reports on Status of Production
??? Update Production Report Weekly
??? Serve as Backup to Contracts Administrator
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Minimum education level - associates degree or higher
PMP Certification desired
Education:
Associate
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Able to solve problems
??? Ability to shift gears easily
??? Proactive, self-starter
??? Able to produce accurate work
??? Positive attitude
??? Critical thinking skills are required. Must be able to use logic and reason to evaluate
alternative solutions or approaches to problems.
??? Strong Computer skills- Excel etc..
