We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our clients team, a trusted provider of pool and spa cleaning, repairs, and maintenance services. The Scheduler will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient coordination of service appointments and managing the day-to-day schedules for our technicians and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate pool and spa cleaning, repair, and maintenance appointments.
- Communicate with clients to confirm service details, appointment times, and any special requirements.
- Assign and dispatch technicians based on job requirements, locations, and availability.
- Monitor schedules to ensure timely completion of services and address any last-minute changes or conflicts.

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
- Proficient in scheduling software or tools (training provided if necessary).
- Prior experience in the home services, spa, or pool industry
- Familiarity with local geographical area for efficient route planning
- A resourceful and engaged approach to customer needs
- Basic understanding of service technician work order processes

High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Great organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and technician interaction
- Proficiency with scheduling software or CRM systems
- Problem-solving skills to quickly adjust schedules for unexpected cancellations or emergencies
