Pay: $18.00/hr
Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Season: Mid June - Beginning of September
Responsibilities:
- Perform light, routine maintenance on all vacating apartment units
- Replace light bulbs
- Clean/replace A/C filters,

- Replace smoke alarms/batteries
- Replace drip pans
- Replace blind slats
- Tub caulking
- Replace broken outlet covers
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to use small hand tools
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand for 8 hours
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance experience
