Assemblers are responsible for the production of seatbelts and restraints
1st Shift: 5am-3:30pm (Monday - Thursday)
2nd Shift: 3:30pm- 2am (Monday - Thursday)

Responsibilities:
-Work to maximize productivity & efficiency in department
-Work to create & maintain a cooperative team environment
-Be proficient and cross-train in all areas of production
-Maintain commitment to product quality and workplace safety
-Inspect and audit production parts, ability to provide correctional procedures when necessary
-Participate in relative problem solving and continuous improvement activities
-Organize daily assignments and keep work area clean & clear of clutter
-Follow lean manufacturing principles
-Assist in other production related activities as required

Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
- Attendance
-Willingness to learn
-Positive attitude
-ENTRY LEVER (manufacturing experience a plus)
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
-Be able to work with minimal supervision
-Be able to read & understand prints & diagrams (willing to train)
-Be able to read tape measure and/or other measure tools (willing to train)
-Willing to work daily & weekend overtime as required
