We are looking for a well-rounded and experience Senior Administrative Assistant for an on-site office role at our client in Raleigh, NC. The Senior Administrative Assistant will support senior leaders with business-related tasks and projects. The Senior Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for leading activities that include oversight of the physical office environment and facilities. Someone who will be successful as the Senior Administrative Assistant will have experience in a similar role supporting senior leaders and will be self-sufficient in their efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Acts as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues.
- Organizing meetings, booking meeting rooms, and accurately and efficiently taking minutes during meetings
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner, including mail, email, calendars, and other forms of communication
- Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
- Manage all office-related matters including supplies, repairs, and vendors.
- Be present in the office five days per week to manage mail distribution and other matters related to the office environment.
- Act as liaison regarding the physical office location
- Lead building security initiatives including badges, visitor logs, etc.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products or related software
- Technologically savvy
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Extremely organized and possesses great attention to detail.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a globally dispersed matrix organization.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed deadlines.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in the Healthcare Software industry
- Experience supporting executives internationally.

Bachelors

1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communication, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role supporting senior leaders
