Responsibilities:
Manage relationships and communication for accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxes, and auditing for organization.
Generate documents and reconcile accounts/ statements.
Manage memberships and various invoicing schedules.
Carry out human resource duties such as recruitment, onboarding, preparing offer letters, and discussing benefits packages.
Maintain and review employee PTO requests and usage.
Process payroll monthly.
Manage event calendars, organizing travel, reservations, dining, and hosting of private or large public events.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience using QuickBooks, MacOS, Microsoft Office Suite, Constant Contact, and/ or Zoom is strongly preferred, though not required.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Experience performing accounts payable and/ or acting as bookkeeper.
Ability to work in fast paced environment with various multitasking.
Quick to shift and prioritize tasks on day to day basis.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
