Responsibilities:
Oversee daily job site activities to assure the project is constructed according to plans and specs.
Obtain and document all inspections and ensure the work prior to each inspection.

Utilize software/systems to maintain budgets and job schedules.
Adhere to the project schedule to prioritize tasks daily.
Assist in the development of bid documents and awarding contracts.
Ensure job sites function in a clean and organized fashion.
Administer safety programs and ensure proper adherence.
Participate in the procurement process; conduct interviews with project management prior to awarding contracts.
Develop full understanding of project specs, contract documents, finish schedules and design and ensure they are adhered to.
Create scheduling templates.
Update and communicate the schedule to subcontractors daily.
Perform constant project look ahead to ensure that project milestones are met.
Execute QC/QA program.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
5-10 years working on commercial management
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:

Qualifications:
OSHA 30-hour course completion card
Knowledge of all phases of the construction process
Extensive knowledge of all applicable code requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Project (or other scheduling software)
