This position exists to provide overall accountability and ownership of the Sales processes and reporting tools, including Salesforce.com, Oracle Business Intelligence, Tableau and Alteryx as well as other process and reporting functions for Sales. This position provides timely sales analysis including lead and pipeline trending and reporting for Sales and Product Growth Teams. In addition, the position provides general support for Salesforce, Siebel CRM and Analytics applications. This position fully leads the sales quote to cash management processes leveraging the Salesforce platform and does system configuration work to support those processes for direct and indirect teams. Position owns the full opportunity process for sales and channel. Position is responsible for our Sales Management Process initiative in the area of sales processes, metrics and pipeline management and supporting improvement for daily management (IDMs).

Principal Responsibilities include
- Sales Analysis Management Leads, provides, and designs requirements for sales processes and aligning business intelligence systems. Ability to independently perform testing, plans and project management as it relates to the process and reporting requirements. Collaborates with sales operations and continually improves and streamlines processes and reporting systems and data. Ensure data integrity within the all supported applications.
- Sales System Analysis - Analyze data providing standard and advanced business and process analysis of trends to help sales drive business growth. Need to understand business needs and proactively develop our business intelligence analytics. Find commonalities throughout geographies, share lessons learned with all internal stakeholders. Responsible for business support reporting and adhoc report requirements throughout the business. Work with Product Growth Teams and Sales IDM processes for analytical needs. Supports Sales with quote to cash processes and analysis.
- Project Management & Execution - Requirements gathering, problem identification and solution design.
- Sales System Support - Keen attention to detail, ability to solve problems and trouble shoot the system setup from both operational and technical perspectives. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally. Isolate severity of key issues prohibiting business continuity; manage expectations throughout case escalation & resolution. Monitor system utilization and take action to support higher adoption.
- Work with team to continually develop business processes and system enhancements.
- Assist with application requirements and lead user acceptance testing for the application deployment process.
- Assist in developing tools for offices to monitor and measure processes including report definitions and data validation.
- Drives excellence and ensures continuous system/process improvement by getting feedback from users and investigating processes that can be updated to positively impact the organization.
- Provide primary and secondary support for Salesforce and Siebel CRM/PRM application and advise on enhancements to the application that will ultimately lead to improved user acceptance and usage.
- Develop, launch and maintain written Standard Work for all aforementioned responsibilities

- High proficiency in Microsoft, SQL Server, HTML5 and exposure to a scripting language such as JavaScript is highly desired.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Must be able to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel - up to 10%
