• Inspect , load, seal and complete all paperwork on all outbound truck loads of finished product.
• Load to maximum, but not to exceed legal net weights on all tractor and trailer combinations.
• Assist the shift miller as needed.
• Complete assigned cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the warehouse/ packaging operation when necessary.
• Perform the above tasks without damage to company property.
• Ensure compliance with shipping schedule.
• Responsibility to proactively offer facility and system improvements.
• Responsibility to observe and report any unusual activity regarding site security.
• Responsibility to report any issues involving food safety sanitation.
• Actively participate in workplace safety and safety training.
• Responsibility to comply with all food safety and work place safety policies
• Perform other duties as required.

Temp-to-hire window:
Able for permanent placement after 720 hours worked.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Willingness to work all shifts and weekends when required.
• Physically able to perform all milling requirements including but not limited to:
• Ability to walk stairs and climb up and down bulk trailers during the course of a nine hour shift.
• General Cleaning
• General mill maintenance and repair
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
