Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
??? Receiving all materials and accurately entering quantities received into our computer database.
??? Distributing supplies needed for each department every morning prior to production start-up,
ensuring that everything is smooth for operations.
??? Preparing for and participating in monthly and yearly physical inventory counts to ensure that
we have accurate records of all materials.
??? Monitoring inventory levels and determining when additional materials are necessary. You will
be responsible for ordering more materials and supplies when required.
??? Communicating with our customers and suppliers to answer inquiries about order status,
changes, or cancellations, and always providing excellent customer service.
??? Taking on buying duties as necessary, working with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries
and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
??? Preparing, maintaining, and reviewing purchasing files, reports, and price lists to ensure that our
records are up to date and accurate.
??? Tracking the status of requisitions and orders to ensure that everything is progressing smoothly.
??? Performing other duties as requested, directed, or assigned to support our team and our
operations.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one years of related
experience and/or training; one year of forklift experience; experience in building and
mechanical equipment maintenance and repair; or an acceptable equivalent
combination of education and experience.
Good skill in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole
numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
and to interpret miscellaneous drawings and schematics.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Forklift certification is REQUIRED.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory
management software.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and records with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential problems or discrepancies in
inventory records.

Physical Demands

Standing: Frequently during assigned shift, in combination with walking. Could

be 8 to 12 hours a day.
