Responsibilities:
-Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials to proper areas.
-Operate hand tools, crimp tools, etc. to prepare packaging.
-Operate banders.
- Load materials onto trucks
-Examine and route shipments in the department, rejects damaged items for shipment, and correspond with shipping clerks and supervisors to rectify any issues in the department related to shipments.
-May perform computer functions necessary to track aspects of shipped materials.
-Report defective materials or questionable conditions to department supervisor.
-Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times.
-Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
-Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the business.

Skills:
--Pay close attention to detail and quality.
--Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast paced environment
--Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time 10+ hours and perform repetitive motion type tasks regularly
--Work in a team environment
--Willingness to learn and be part of an awesome team
--Must be able to accurately count, read, and interpret customer orders

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in manufacturing or related field
- Ability to work in fast paced / physically demanding environment
- Basic reading and math skills. Must be able to follow directions
- Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret invoices and pack slips
- Willing to submit to background screening and drug screening

3 OR 4 DAY SHIFT TIMES AVAILABLE:

Tue-Fri 4 Day Shifts:

1st Shift Hours | 5:00am - 3:30pm

2nd Shift Hours | 3:30pm - 2:00am

OR

Sat-Mon 3 Day Shifts:

1st Shift Hours | 6:00am - 6:30pm
