Our client is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join their growing team, to effectively manage their social and SEO and SEM strategy across all key platforms.The successful candidate must be a dynamic, technically savvy, creative and analytical, team player who truly loves social media and demonstrates strong foundational skillset in Marketing trends.Responsibilities:Plan and maintain social publishing calendars for multiple clients across all platforms- Build and present strategic social media plans to account executives, management and clients- Develop creative solutions and implementations that are on target with client objectives- Design for a broad range of media including digital, social, and visual signage- Collaborate with team to meet goals and adhere to timelines- Communicate effectively, clearly presenting ideas and creative solutions to gain understanding and support- Increase growth against monthly and quarterly targets to keep building client audience- Develop content plans and original campaigns to increase growth for clients- Develop story ideas for Facebook Live, Instagram Stories, email outreach- Analyze and report monthly on performance for digital content- Monitor and engage with social media audiences for clients brands- Design visuals and graphics for post content and email marketing campaigns- Seek out and embrace opportunities to contribute to concept projects and campaign development- Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and share informationWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Proficient in FB Rules, Regulations, Parties, etc, Understands IG, YouTube, and Tik Tok- Proficient and adept to New SM Technologies and strategies ie, Vendotti- Experience using social media for brand awareness and lead generation- Understand Social Media Analytics and Funnel Strategy- Good understanding of Social Media KPI's- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and create social movement on multiple promotions simultaneously- Critical Thinker and problem solver- Good Time Management Skills- Great written and interpersonal and communication skillsEducation:No Degree RequiredExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:-Minimum 3 years of experience managing social accounts for company/brand/business.- Experience with SEO and SEM- Must be fluent in all social media platforms, including but not limited to formats, post optimizations, specs, paid promotion opportunities, scheduling and best practices.- Must be able to take personal accountability and perform well under pressure Please apply online at www.spherion.com or call our local office for further information at 831-444-6000.Spherion has helped thousands of people just like you find work happiness!
