This position is responsible for the successful coordination of activities as outlined in the Company's Marketing Plan. The Marketing Plan supports multiple business initiatives, which this position will perform core marketing tasks in the following areas:
- Culture Track - To reinforce company's core values into daily work behaviors

- Online Track - Foster social media engagement and proactively protect company's online reputation management
- Sales/Customer Track - Support Sales Team by reinforcing client marketing to heighten brand awareness and improve customer acquisition
- Candidate Recruiting Track - Support Service Team to improve applicant flow to increase our quality placements
- Professional Services Track - Support the Professional Services Practice by promoting Direct Hire capabilities for client and candidate growth
- Community Outreach Track - To build community partnerships
This role serves as part of our Shared Services team and is responsible for the tactical execution of marketing initiatives for the Company's Branch locations in the upper midwest.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities for this position includes the execution of Company's marketing strategy, maintaining an online presence, an environment of team collaboration, administering of marketing campaigns and providing administrative support as needed.
Social Media & Marketing (30%)
Social Media responsibilities include managing the company's online brand reputation and social media content to increase followers and create engagement in multiple social media channels. Additional online functions include the promotion of current recruiting needs, development of an editorial calendar, featuring a variety of engaging content such as industry trends, employee recognition moments, community outreach efforts and most importantly create designs for social content.
Branch Support (60%)
In this role, the SMMC will support each of the Branch's efforts for recruiting opportunities to drive applicant traffic, which supports our Branch's success. Other duties to support a Branch's recruiting needs include the following: Manage the marketing calendar for all Branches, Collaborate with Branch teams and support the proactive marketing of candidates for placement.
Sales Support (10%)
Candidate will provide sales support to the Sales Team as delegated by sales leader. This may include assisting with the preparation of sales/marketing collateral for sales appointments or presentations, quarterly/annual Service Reviews, tracking for marketing projects and other miscellaneous support duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Design skills using creative software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
-Minimum of one year of experience in a marketing role
-Exhibit a high attention to detail and accuracy

Bachelors

1-4 years
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing or an active study pursuing a Bachelor's degree is required
-Proficient with scheduling of social content
-Self directed and able to work independently
