This is a temp to hire opportunity.

The hours are from 6 am to 4:30 pm Mon-Thurs, but can be flexible.
Starting pay is $18-$20 depending on your previous experience.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Soldering Tech and Solering Tech Rework
- Solder surface mount and through hole parts with a microscope using lead free and tin lead solder.
- Inspect your own work to insure correct solder joints, placement and polarity of parts.
- Communicate concisely and accurately with all levels of personnel to share progress, problems, and issues
- AOI Operator
- Solder surface mount with a microscope using lead free and tin lead solder, with water soluble and no clean flux.
- Inspect your own work to insure you have correct solder joints, placement and polarity of components.
- Maintain IPC-JSTD-001 and/or IPC 610 certificate.
- Maintain an IPC level 2 and/ 3 quality of work.
- Inspect first board of job and First Article, make decision to accept or reject according to IPC standards and customer requirements. Inspect 1st board at pre-reflow for defects.
- Run AOI, hot air wand and board preheater.
- Rework parts and repair boards using solder wick and other tools as needed.
- Present any issues to engineering to resolve any problems on any job.
- Follow instructions both written and oral.
- Communicate concisely and accurately with all levels of personnel to share progress, problems and issues.
- ESD procedure must be followed.
- Has the authority to stop lines as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
If you have experience soldering, using very small parts under a microscope, this is preferred.
