Responsibilities:
Pre Screen candidates
Schedule interviews for Recruiters and Staffing Consultants
Greet candidates for In House Interviews
Administer skill assessment tests
Generate leads and referrals
Facilitate employment verifications, background checks, drug screens
Scan documents and attaching to candidate profiles
Answer phones
Manage office equipment maintenance
Order office supplies
Update signs and marketing materials
Open house preparation
Ensure office cleanliness
Participate in employee on assignment care in alignment per leadership direction
Prepare for client office visits
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Fluent in Microsoft Products
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Must have1-2 years RECENT in office coordination or administrative experience
Must have attention to detail and ability to take initiative
Must have great phone etiquette
Must submit a fully up to date resume for consideration
HSD or GED Required
