Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master?s degree preferred.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in equipment engineering within semiconductor or solar panel manufacturing.Strong technical expertise in semiconductor fabrication tools, solar panel production equipment, or related manufacturing technologies.Proven experience with PLC, SCADA systems, and other automation control systems.Familiarity with industry standards, including safety protocols and equipment regulations.Excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with equipment diagnostics.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced production environment.
