The Staff Accountant will be responsible for all daily accounting tasks, including expense files, payroll, financial transactions, general ledger. This position requires a attention to detail and will carry out relevant administrative duties.

Maintain and update accounting records and files
Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books
File tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies
Manages the purchasing and invoicing
Support and manage the business to achieve the annual business plan targets
Conduct month-end and year-end closures
Bring leadership, critical and creative thinking skills, and solutions around the organization's financial needs
Drive effective and daily coordination with partners across the organization
Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures
Other Duties as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in an Accounting or Finance discipline or equivalent experience
Solid working knowledge of financial systems, statements and reporting
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Communicate effectively in both oral and written form and interface with all departments.
Able to maintain absolute confidentiality.
Able to multi-task, be accurate, have good organizational skills and handle high levels of stress.
Able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.

Competitive pay $50,000-$75,000 DOE
