Responsibilities:
-General Ledger: Maintaining and balancing the general ledger; preparing and posting journal entries.

-Month-End Close: Assisting with or leading the month-end and year-end closing processes.
-Reconciliations: Performing bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
-AP/AR Support: Overseeing or assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.
-Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and expense reports.
-Compliance: Supporting sales tax filings, audit preparation, and ensuring compliance with GAAP.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Sage, or Workday is preferred
Education:
Associate

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience will be considered).
Experience: 1?4 years of progressive accounting experience.
