1 year of previous recruiting experience strongly preferredFamiliarity and knowledge of the life sciences field preferred
Interest and enthusiasm for recruiting niche scientific roles, and passion for working with mid to entry level candidatesAptitude and dedication to learning how to interview candidates seeking careers in the sciencesComfort and confidence speaking to candidates about technical skillsProficiency with all Microsoft and Google Suite applications and overall ability to navigate technology toolsGood self-discipline and attention to detail.Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills.Strong calendar managementAdaptableAmbitious work ethic
