Hiring and managing retail staff to insure a high level customer/patient experience.
Responsible for all training and mentoring of sales staff by providing guidance and appropriate feedback.

Maintain store condition, merchandising, monitor inventory levels and performing inventory audits at least monthly.
Manage patient information and to insure compliance of policies and proceedures.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
BS degree in business or relevant field.
Experience in retail, customer service, sales or medical marijuana field.

Bachelors

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Dependable, adaptable, self-motivated with good problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literate including Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work under pressure while keeping a positive attitude.
Good organizational, planning skills and the agility to meet deadlines.
Must be able to work any shifts and days of the week to insure proper store coverage.
Must be willing to travel up to fifty percent of the time.
