Working Conditions
The Support Specialist works in an air conditioned, office environment with extended periods of time typing, working on a computer, answering phone calls, and sitting. Day to day responsibilities require little to no repeated crouching, climbing, kneeling, pulling/pushing more than 10 lbs., squatting, and reaching above the shoulders.
Working hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills:
Field questions and issues, providing input and routing to appropriate team leadership
Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, issues, or comments in Salesforce
Complete other duties as assigned
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Fluent proficiency in Spanish
2 years?? experience in customer relations
Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent people and communication skills, including active listening
Self-motivated, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management and organizational expertise
Ability to manage multiple projects, people, and tasks with often changing priorities
Ideal candidate is customer-focused, action oriented, and committed to driving and contributing to overall team results
Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new CRM software
Schedule:
Hours: Tuesday-Friday 11:00 am-7:00 pm, Saturday 1-9 pm varies as needed
