Reliable and punctual??? Understands and fulfills the needs of walk-in customers and telephone/email inquiries??? Provide information about the products and services??? The team member will properly advise our customers by providing accurate informationon our products, services, and best-value options and exhibit confidence by knowing thebest practices related to the industry.??? Takes ownership of customers??? packing, shipping, and/or print problems and offers viablesolutions??? Manages the logistics of small to medium projects, follows through to completion, andupdates all parties as needed??? Frequently multi-tasks while maintaining extreme attention to detail and high-qualitycontrol??? Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment??? Takes action to learn new products, services, alternative solutions, and industry trends aswell as occasionally reviewing/retraining on lesser used services??? Understands the importance of staying safe (social distancing) during the pandemic(including outside of the workplace)???
