Essential Functions:

I. Provide technical support to assure continuity of the computer systems
2. Enable and install software and hardware products as required
3. Diagnose hardware and software faults and solving technical issues
4. Establish accounts for new users and assist with login problems
5. Proactively monitor technology assets to identify opportunities and issues
6. Recommend changes in software and hardware to improve computer capabilities
7. Perform routine maintenance activities across production floor and offices
8. Document resolution activities
Additional Job Functions:
1. Support cloud desktop and server computing.
2. Remote support of all plants.
3 Help implement and support processes across the environment.
4. Projects as assigned ranging from automation to technology upgrades.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
