Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
This is a full-time, non-exempt salaried position, and typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5 PM. Occasional nights and weekend work will be required.
This role may be required to travel to our other plant locations, Bainbridge, GA to support specific projects or workload or training activities.

Associate degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Minimum 3+ year of experience providing technical support
