Responsibilities:
Support tax return preparation.
Scan documents into work files.
Work simultaneously through various software.
Perform data entry.
Prepare clients invoices, review accounts receivable, and assist with collections.
Create documents and correspondence.
Answer phones occasionally and assist at front desk.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or accounting is strongly preferred, though not required.
Previous work experience within an accounting firm or other professional services is preferred, though not required.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Must be willing/ able to commute simultaneously to the Bryan and the Navasota location.
Professional work experience.
High school diploma or GED is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft office, as well as Adobe.
Must be detail oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Act as a team player and having willingness to learn.
