??? Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and IT staff to establish scope of projects, system goals, and requirements to support business operations.
??? Provide internal support for the department in partnership with IT on a variety of technical functions including application support, implementation, data reporting and auditing, and process improvements.
??? Analyze business processes, including data flow and recommend system improvements/modifications with enhancement requests.
??? Manage state and local reporting.
??? Develop and manage data dashboards, assist IT staff with website management, and manage internal systems (CAMA & PTS).
??? Develop and deliver communications for all stakeholders, which may include proposals, reports, presentations, recommendations, procedures, and results of citation appeals.
??? Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers.
??? Manage the set-up and configuration of systems, including user-acceptance testing processes of enhancements, and upgrades through test environments prior to implementation into Live/Production environments.
??? Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
??? Knowledge of operation of computer equipment and accompanying technology including, but not limited to, monitors, desktop computers, printers, and other external devices.
??? Knowledge of local and regional laws regarding construction, valuation, and assessment of property.
??? Knowledge of local and regional real estate market by monitoring sales, construction, reading reports, and scanning local periodicals for new development, education and establishing relationships.
??? Must be proficient in Patriot Properties, NCPTS, VTS, BI, ESRI/ArcGIS, Parcel Sync.
??? Knowledge, training, and experience working with SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting, Power BI, and Excel.
??? Needs to be a strong Excel user
??? Ability to read, write, and understand English
