Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot advanced computer and network problems
- Provide L2 help desk support
- Provide mentoring/training for L1 help desk support
- Advanced Active Directory setup and administration
- Excellent written documentation
- Liaison with 3rd party vendors in order to support the customer
- Assist with projects
- Ensure a positive internal and external customer experience
- Other duties as assigned
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
,- 5+ years in a technical support role
- Extensive experience with setup and administration of Windows Servers, Active Directory, firewalls/routers, core network protocols, Windows System Administration, Powershell, Networking and Security
- Intimate understanding of small/medium network designs
- Extensive experience with backup solutions and concepts
- MCSE or MCITP Certification and experience in an IT Services company (aka Managed Service Provider) highly preferred
