Shifts That Fit Your Lifestyle:
Flexible 8-hour shifts between 8 am - 7 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
Occasionally, you might save the day on a Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Experience Representative (CER), you'll be the warranty wizard, providing support, directing product warranty repairs, and giving top-notch service to Roadranger enthusiasts. You'll also help us spot trends, using data magic and observations to make our products even better. Custom training? You'll be the star teacher based on your discoveries!
You'll be like Sherlock Holmes for trucks, determining the root cause of failures, and prescribing repair strategies.
Use your Jedi-like skills to interpret electronic data and make those trucks purr like kittens.
Know trucks inside and out, from engine/transmission power trains to vehicle electrical/electronic systems. You'll practically be a truck whisperer!
Hands-on vehicle experience? Check! You'll be diagnosing and troubleshooting engine, transmission, and brake systems ??? like a pro!
Your knowledge of all things Truck products will be legendary.
And, of course, you'll be an expert in the automotive and truck industry, supporting service at the dealership level.
Team player? Absolutely! You'll support your fellow superheroes and other departments when needed.
You'll represent Spherion with style, courtesy, ethics, and professionalism, always.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:

Education:
Associate
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, with at least 2 years of experience in the automotive, electrical, mechanical, testing, machining, or engineering world. Co-op/Intern experience is a plus!
OR
Associate degree in electrical/automotive disciplines, Electrical Apprentice Certification, or applicable Military Service, with at least 1 year of experience in a relevant field. Co-op/Intern experience is a plus!
OR
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Automotive discipline.
Additional Requirements:
You must be located within 50 miles of Galesburg, MI ??? no teleporting allowed!
You need to be eligible to work in the US without needing sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
5 glorious years of experience in the automotive, truck, or heavy equipment world.
5 years of customer service wizardry.
A basic understanding of dealership/repair facility operations.
Knowledge of transmission or gear train operation ??? you know the ins and outs!
Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems with sensors and actuators.
Familiarity with electronic troubleshooting methods, tools, and standards like CAN.
Bonus points if you've danced with Roadranger products or similar ones.
A knack for being an awesome team player.
