Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Correctly diagnose driveability issues in a timely manner, the first time.
*Proficient in all aspects of electrical diagnosis.
*Ability to disassemble and correctly reassemble engines, and transmissions.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
*Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
*Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
*Provide a 3 year driving record.
*Ability to multitask.
*Work well with team members and advisors.
*Proficient with automotive computer systems (Select Monitor, CDK, Mykaarma, Autopoint MPI, Etc).
*Great customer service skills and concern for overall customer satisfaction (CSI, OLP, NPS).
*Have own tools & toolbox - Specialty tools provided.
*Keep a clean workspace.
*Ability to travel to Dallas for overnight training as needed.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
